1. Scope of Data We Process

We only process customer data that you upload from your store registers, billing POS systems, or CSV files. This data is processed strictly to run reactivation campaigns on your behalf and includes:

• Recipient Name
• WhatsApp Phone Number (with country code)
• Purchase History (transaction dates, product categories, last visit timestamps)

2. Pure Processing & Database Protection

Retention Marketers operates strictly as a data processor. Your database is owned 100% by you. We enforce a zero-leak policy:

• No Sharing or Selling: We never sell, lease, share, or cross-reference your customer database with other clients, third parties, or lists.
• Data Segregation: Your customer numbers are completely isolated from all other databases processed on our systems.
• Purge Guarantee: You can request the complete and permanent deletion of your uploaded customer databases from our system servers at any time.

3. Meta API Security & Encryption

All broadcasts are processed via official Meta Business APIs. Data transmitted between our engine servers and Meta Cloud servers is secured with TLS 1.3 encryption. We store message logs securely, and all chat contents are protected.

4. DPDP Act & User Consent Compliance

As the data fiduciary(the business owner who collected the numbers), you warrant that you acquired your customer list through standard transaction registrations and have the necessary consent to contact them. Retention Marketers builds mandatory WhatsApp opt-out hooks (e.g. “Reply STOP to opt-out”) into every template to guarantee recipient privacy rights and compliance.
